We source our peaches for this sauce from the orchards of beautiful South Carolina, where I was born and raised. The blend of onions, ginger, and mustard has enabled us to develop a sweet and savory flavor profile that brings ham, eggs, and tacos to the next level. The heat level of this sauce is a medium to high heat, depending on your palate, due to our use of peach superhot chiles, in addition to the yellow and orange habaneros. We have found that this sauce also makes a fantastic marinade to give a nice kick to the pork you put in the smoker. My favorite use of this sauce is on a fresh ham, egg, and cheese sandwich. Bam!!
