We make our small batches of Blueberry Scorpion with locally sourced blueberries from East Tennessee when available, and use a blend of Trinidad Scorpion peppers to give a pleasant, but not overpowering heat to your entree. Through our intereactions with our customers and my own experimentation, this sauce has proven to be extremely versatile, enhancing everything from your carnitas tacos to scrambled eggs to even pizza and pasta marinara sauce.
